Athletes and young talented individuals

Master the flow

For many years, Corodo has been the ultimate reference for elite athletes who want to get the best out of themselves and their performance through high performance coaching. From Julie Allemand to Antonia Delaere, Heleen Nauwelaers, Ann Wauters and Serene-Lynn Geldof: in close cooperation with our certified coaches, numerous professional athletes strive to maximise the development of their personal skills and take them to the next level. Because you’re never too young to learn, we also help young people build self-confidence and awareness on and off the sports field. This is how we prepare them for a promising future in which they make the most of their qualities and opportunities every day!

Entrepreneurs

People performance

An entrepreneur who makes the most of his company and employees rarely, if ever, succeeds alone. We support you intensively with one-to-one coaching, mapping out the importance of an open feedback culture on a weekly or daily basis, of critical reflection, of creating and maintaining awareness.

As a dedicated entrepreneur, do you want to fulfil your ambitions and realise the huge potential of your business? Let’s do it!

High performance teams

In the corporate sector, as in sports, human capital is more important than ever. Want to not only attract but also retain the right people? We will guide you in creating a stimulating working atmosphere in which you offer your team more than just a wage. Together, we make room for meaning, for professional and personal development and the capacity to be entirely yourself. This is also how we make a connection between sport and the workplace in our workshop ‘From basketball to the workplace’. Because exceptional results can only be achieved with a team that has exceptional values.

A high-performance culture doesn’t just materialise in your company. A lot of pieces of the puzzle need to fall into place before everything starts to take off, and that requires time. One of the most important steps we teach you at Corodo as an entrepreneur is to establish your own rhythm. What does rhythm have to do with your business? We are happy to explain our vision.

At Corodo, we specialise in achieving a high-performance culture for both entrepreneurs and athletes. We do this with individual and team coaching sessions, as well as the ‘From basketball to the workplace’ workshop, about which you can find more info here. Among other things, we work on establishing your own rhythm so that you also positively influence the rhythm of the team. And today, we briefly explain five building blocks.

Corodo’s origins, as many already know, lie with a mission in sport. After all, our story began with training basketball players so they would perform better as a team. We started with the individual, as we do to this day, in order to lay a powerful foundation for improving the collective.
